描述
流化床分成幾（jǐ）個隔室，一個（gè）產品是被幹燥的方式確（què）定（dìng）。產品通過從一室到下一（yī）個（gè）下（xià）溢。從^後一個隔（gé）室（shì）的產品出口被布（bù）置成使得該產品的一部分離開床的溢（yì）出（chū）和下溢，其餘的由分配器板水平。溢出保持某種產品在（zài）烘幹機（jī）和一個恒定的停留時間。通過調整的溢流堰（yàn）的高度，^佳的停留時間可以被確定。

Hosokawa Schugi Fluid Bed Dryer
Description
The Fluid bed is divided into several compartments, determined by the way a product is to be dried. Product passes from one compartment to the next by underflow. The product outlet from the last compartment is arranged such that part of the product leaves the bed by overflow and the rest by underflow on distributor plate level. The overflow maintains a certain product level in the dryer and thus a constant residence time. By adjusting the height of the overflow weir, optimum residence time can be determined.
